It’s September,  which means that  HGLHC staff and volunteers  ask clients to complete a Client Feedback Survey.  For the entire month of September, each client receiving services is asked to provide us with important information.  We then use your feedback to make improvements in care and services.  We ask  how we are doing in providing  services,  where we could make improvements and  how your  life is made different because of the services they receive.   Thank you so much for taking your time to help us help you!
