For over twenty five years, the
Hartford Gay & Lesbian Health Collective has been providing quality
health services to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people. We
believe that the work we do is essential. Our staff, board and
volunteers work to keep the Health Collective’s operations in
full swing.
In an ideal world, we would be able to
survive simply on that love and dedication. However, as we all know,
these are lean and difficult times for nonprofit and state agencies
alike. We have thus far managed to provide our services for a very low
fee to offset operating costs, but as our services grow in popularity,
so do our expenses. The needs of
the community are constantly evolving. We hope that you will support
our mission to meet those needs on a scale and manner that is feasible
for you.
Please consider becoming a supporter of
the Hartford Gay & Lesbian Health Collective. Your gift will enable
us to continue our provision of health, support services, education and
advocacy for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people in
Connecticut.
